On the soft white sand beaches of Longboat Key, Beachplace offers 31 luxury acres. More beachfront than any other condo on Longboat Key. Resort Style Amenities within a spacious complex .

3 Bedroom and 2 Bath condo located in the resort community of Beachplace Association. Faces the golf course with views of the Gulf of Mexico and has access to the boardwalk to the Beach. Beachplace sets up chairs and umbrellas daily on the beach to make access very simple and inviting. End unit with lots of light in the living space with 2 sets of sliding doors. The master suite offers lush views and access to the balcony. Bathroom offers a dressing area with 2 sinks and large closet. Master bath has a walk-in shower. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The kitchen offers a breakfast bar, laundry closet (washer/dryer) and full appliances. Being and end unit, the kitchen also offers a window in the kitchen.

Beachplace is a gated condominium with a variety of amenities including a long stretch encompassing 1,450 linear feet of the soft white sand beach. Chairs and Umbrellas are available for use. It also has a large heated pool , clubhouse, fitness center and 3 tennis courts plus pickelball. Town requirements are a 30 day rental and rentals are on a calendar month basis. Off-season may allow mid-month to mid-month. Washer/Dryer in unit

Cancellation Policy

Should the rental be canceled at least 90 days in advance of the arrival date, a full refund will be given. If the rental is canceled for any reason 89 – 61 days prior to arrival the 30% of Rental Revenue will be forfeited. If the rental is canceled 60 to 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of rental revenue will be forfeited and 29 to 0 days, 100% of rental revenue will be forfeited. Registration fee is non-refundable.

Deposit Policy

An advance deposit of 30% is required at the time of confirmation.

Thanks Rick Benninghove at Florida Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals. Communication was excellent, with replies to questions within minutes, the check-in process was quick and seamless. The added information regarding the parking pass and local attractions was appreciated. The pictures online were beautiful and accurate- the condo itself is- just beautiful! Information inside the condo regarding local hospitals, the trash chute location, and turtle watch procedures were also appreciated. Overall an excellent experience! Thank you, my daughter and I hope to be back soon!

7-202 is a beautiful rental in a peaceful location close to the beach. We would like to mention that every detail and every corner of the interiors and exteriors are built with love and perfect taste. Happy to recommend this place, and looking forward to coming back.

"St Armand’s dream"

A really nice, well kept house with an excellent location a block and a half from the circle at St. Armond's. We enjoyed our stay there. Rick was very accommodating and responded quickly to our requests

Club Longboat 332 by FGC

The condo was beautifully updated and decorated. Two balconies overlook the Gulf and tennis courts. It was in a great location on the beach, a walkable neighborhood close to restaurants, CVS, and Publix. Whole Foods was not a bad drive to Sarasota. Tennis and pickleball courts were on site. The office managers and residents were very friendly and invited us to Friday night socials and to join them in playing tennis or pickleball. The kitchen was well stocked. Rick was friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay again!
