Dining room has views to the water. Canal connects directly to the Bay and the neighborhood is located on the southern end of Longboat Key, convenient to St Armand's Circle and Sarasota. Bring your boat as a lift is included. Come stay a month or more. Master bedroom has a King bed, second bedroom has 2 twin beds and third bedroom has a queen.

Cancellation Policy

Should the rental be canceled at least 90 days in advance of the arrival date, a full refund will be given. If the rental is canceled for any reason 89 – 61 days prior to arrival the 30% of Rental Revenue will be forfeited. If the rental is canceled 60 to 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of rental revenue will be forfeited and 29 to 0 days, 100% of rental revenue will be forfeited. Registration fee is non-refundable.

Deposit Policy

An advance deposit of 30% is required at the time of confirmation.

We have had the pleasure of renting the same home on Longboat Key for three years every March. There are many beautiful houses for rent, but the "boutique" like management offered by Rick and his team are unparalleled. Our relationship with FGCVR has always been much more than transactional.....it's been personal as if we had a friend welcoming us back every year. It's great to see his hard work, dedication, and vision continue to fuel his growth. Bravo.

This is our second year renting the same house for the month of March. The house was perfectly maintained, spotless, and reasonably priced. Rick and his team overdelivered yet again this year. I can't recommend Florida Gulf Coast Vacations enough. We've already booked again for next year!

Beachplace 2-604 by FGC

The host, Florida Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals), was extremely responsive to our needs. The unit was gorgeous with top of the line Wolf appliances in a state-of-the -art kitchen. When you walk into the condo, you feel like you've walkled into your Stateroom on a cruise ship at sea (only the Stateroom is at least eight times the size of a cruise ship). It is only when you approach the balcony do you realize you're at the beach The condo is one of the largest in Beachplace at over 1500 sq ft according to the host. And speaking of the hosts, they were incredibly responsive to our every need. I can't say enough about the service they provided. Not all property managers are created equal. Rick and Katie excel at providing the best service possible.

Rick Benninghove was responsive to all my needs be it small or large. He is impeccable, personable , and has excellent communication skills with tenant. I would recommend Florida Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals as my first choice in Florida.

"Beachplace Bldg #3, Unit 205"

We really enjoyed Beachplace Bldg #3, Unit 205! We found the unit to be very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. The unit had everything we needed. The entire complex is kept up with on a daily basis. Rick was responsive to our inquiries and provided excellent service.
