This 2 bedroom, 2 bath plus a loft single family vacation home is non-smoking, furnished and fully equipped with Wi-Fi, Cable and flat screen TV's. The loft has a sofa bed convenient for guests and shares a bathroom with the 2nd guest bedroom with a queen bed. The Master suite has a queen bed and is very spacious. The master bath features a large walk in shower. Garage is not available to guests but 2 spaces in driveway. A short distance to the bay front community dock, fishing pier, canoe/kayak launch, available for your use. Very near The Shore restaurant and Mar Vista. Public beach access directly across from neighborhood.

Cancellation Policy
Should the rental be canceled at least 90 days in advance of the arrival date, a full refund will be given. If the rental is canceled for any reason 89 – 61 days prior to arrival the 30% of Rental Revenue will be forfeited. If the rental is canceled 60 to 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of rental revenue will be forfeited and 29 to 0 days, 100% of rental revenue will be forfeited. Registration fee is non-refundable.
Deposit Policy
An advance deposit of 30% is required at the time of confirmation.
