On the soft white sand beaches of Longboat Key, Beachplace offers 31 luxury acres. More beachfront than any other condo on Longboat Key. Resort Style Amenities within a spacious complex .

3 Bedroom and 2 Bath condo located in the resort community of Beachplace Association. Faces the golf course and has access to the boardwalk to the Beach. Beachplace sets up chairs and umbrellas daily on the beach to make access very simple and inviting. End unit with lots of light in the living space with 2 sets of sliding doors. The master suite offers lush views and access to the balcony. Bathroom offers a dressing area with 2 sinks and large closet. Master bath has a walk-in shower. The kitchen offers a breakfast bar, laundry closet (washer/dryer) and full appliances. Being and end unit, the kitchen also offers a window in the kitchen.

Beachplace is a gated condominium with a variety of amenities including a long stretch encompassing 1,450 linear feet of the soft white sand beach. Chairs and Umbrellas are available for use. It also has a large heated pool , clubhouse, fitness center and 3 tennis courts plus pickelball. Town requirements are a 30 day rental and rentals are on a calendar month basis. Cancellation Policy

Should the rental be canceled at least 90 days in advance of the arrival date, a full refund will be given. If the rental is canceled for any reason 89 – 61 days prior to arrival the 30% of Rental Revenue will be forfeited. If the rental is canceled 60 to 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of rental revenue will be forfeited and 29 to 0 days, 100% of rental revenue will be forfeited. Registration fee is non-refundable.

Deposit Policy

An advance deposit of 30% is required at the time of confirmation.

Once again, my family and I had a wonderful time at Beachplace. You coordinated meeting my arrival schedule. Both places were great and totally met our expectations.

What an amazing time we had in LBK, our condo was beautiful nothing missed when it came to top of the line...all the way down to the All-Clad pts and pans. The best part were the stunning views...This condo is a MUST!

We loved out Month here. Thanks to Rick and team we were well taken care of. Unit gets afternoon sun and nice view to the beach. Sarasota downtown is so near and Beachplace offers so much you don't need to leave. Loved the pool.

We have used this company multiple times and each time the service has been perfect from start to finish. Rick is great to deal with. He makes sure all of your needs are met from the very beginning. The communication is great, very strong attention to detail, and Rick is very easy to reach and responsive if there are any needs. We recently stayed at Beachplace building 3, unit 205. The condo was awesome. Extremely clean, spacious, and had everything you could want. It was fully stocked with kitchen appliances, bath needs, beach towels, extra bedding, and plenty more. I highly recommend using Florida Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals. It's nice to know you don't have to stress when it comes to planning vacation. They do it all for you. I can't wait until our next vacation! Thank you Rick and all for making our vacation so pleasant!

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was very clean and modern. It had incredible views of the ocean. The kitchen was well stocked. The pool was always very warm. The beach was beautiful and never crowded. They set up umbrellas and chairs every day, which was very nice. The people who work at the complex are very warm and friendly. The host was also very friendly and responded quickly to any inquiries (though we didn't have many because everything went smoothly). Would definitely recommend staying here!
