The unit itself is in a spectacular location with an oversized double balcony and direct views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. The unit comes with a designated covered parking space. High speed Wifi included. The kitchen has Granite countertops, wood cabinetry and a water purifying system. Floors, walls and ceilings were all remodeled and new furniture throughout.
LHT is also only a block away from Bayfront park complex which offers Pickleball, Shuffleboard, Tennis, Basketball as well as a Kayak Launch and Recreation center Fitness Classes. Also, Publix, CVS and Center Shops only 2 miles away. Only a quick 10 minute drive to St Armand's Circle as well. Or just walk along the soft sandy beach for miles in either direction. This is paradise.

Cancellation Policy
Should the rental be canceled at least 90 days in advance of the arrival date, a full refund will be given. If the rental is canceled for any reason 89 – 61 days prior to arrival the 30% of Rental Revenue will be forfeited. If the rental is canceled 60 to 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of rental revenue will be forfeited and 29 to 0 days, 100% of rental revenue will be forfeited. Registration fee is non-refundable.
Deposit Policy
An advance deposit of 30% is required at the time of confirmation.

We enjoyed our stay here-the view of the Gulf makes you feel as though you are on a cruise ship. The sound of the waves on the shore is a wonderful thing to wake up to every morning. The big wide balcony has cushy chairs and sofas, perfect for a snooze after lunch. We love this location, as it is close to shopping, pickleball, casual dining and great bike riding.
