This unit has been remodeled and is full of Beach Luxury. You will feel right at home in this well thought out condo. It is located in Beachplace, which is a premier gated community on South Longboat.

There is ample closet space throughout, with a washer/dryer in-unit. The condo has HDTV and wireless internet in every room.

The well-maintained and gorgeous grounds include the following amenities:

Cancellation Policy

Should the rental be canceled at least 90 days in advance of the arrival date, a full refund will be given. If the rental is canceled for any reason 89 – 61 days prior to arrival the 30% of Rental Revenue will be forfeited. If the rental is canceled 60 to 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of rental revenue will be forfeited and 29 to 0 days, 100% of rental revenue will be forfeited. Registration fee and any HOA fee is non-refundable.

Deposit Policy

An advance deposit of 30% is required at the time of confirmation.

Thanks Rick Benninghove at Florida Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals. Communication was excellent, with replies to questions within minutes, the check-in process was quick and seamless. The added information regarding the parking pass and local attractions was appreciated. The pictures online were beautiful and accurate- the condo itself is- just beautiful! Information inside the condo regarding local hospitals, the trash chute location, and turtle watch procedures were also appreciated. Overall an excellent experience! Thank you, my daughter and I hope to be back soon!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beach house. The home was exceptionally clean, spacious, and had plenty of storage, which made it easy to unpack and feel at home. The pool was a great size and perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The location couldn't have been better. It was an easy walk to the beach, as well as shops, restaurants, and bars, so we rarely needed to drive. When we wanted to explore more, the trolley provided a quick and convenient ride to downtown Sarasota. Rick was an outstanding host and property manager. He was always quick to answer our questions, easy to communicate with, and made sure everything was well taken care of throughout our stay. Overall, this is a fantastic property in an excellent location with excellent management. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway.
