We have had the pleasure of renting the same home on Longboat Key for three years every March. There are many beautiful houses for rent, but the “boutique” like management offered by Rick and his team are unparalleled. Our relationship with FGCVR has always been much more than transactional…..it’s been personal as if we had a friend welcoming us back every year. “Seasonal Rental at Beachplace”
This was our sixth year renting a unit through Rick and our first year at Beachplace. We could have not been more pleased. The unit had an excellent location, was clean and very well maintained. There were activities at the complex almost every day including the annual golf outing at the Longboat Key Club. We immediately signed a lease for next year and cannot wait to come back.
