Penthouse unit on the top floor of building 3 at Beachplace. Top floor units enjoy a double balcony with access from the living room and Master bedroom. Amazing views of Beach, Pool, Pond and downtown Sarasota.This is a very popular floorplan at Beachplace. You have spectacular views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico to the right and the Bay and downtown to the left. Look no further as this is paradise. Master bedroom has a King bed and second bedroom enjoys a Queen bed and a Single bed. This unit also has brand new windows and doors throughout. You will feel at home here. One month minimum rentals are required at Beachplace.

Cancellation Policy

Should the rental be canceled at least 90 days in advance of the arrival date, a full refund will be given. If the rental is canceled for any reason 89 – 61 days prior to arrival the 30% of Rental Revenue will be forfeited. If the rental is canceled 60 to 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of rental revenue will be forfeited and 29 to 0 days, 100% of rental revenue will be forfeited. Registration fee and any HOA fee is non-refundable.

Deposit Policy

An advance deposit of 30% is required at the time of confirmation.

We have rented from Florida Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals for the past two years and Rick has been very responsive, positive and extremely helpful when needed, which has not been that often! We would highly recommend using his organization for rentals.

The property was as advertised! Beautiful water views and sounds of the waves could be heard from both balconies. Beds were very comfortable and we were pleased with all the space and storage in the bedrooms and closets. Well equipped kitchen. There was plenty of comfortable seating in the living room. A quiet property and unit. We will be back next year!

Our 2nd time to stay at this house! Price point and location (with a pool) cannot be beat on St Armands Circle. Evening walks to the Circle for ice cream is our favorite activity.

Beachplace 3 – 205 (3BR) by FGC

"Awesome"

This was our 3rd year to stay in BP-3-205 and for us it is one of the best. We have always arrived late at night due to our flight schedule but Rick Benninghove has sent in advance all the information we need from arriving at the 24 hour guard gate to the guard opening the building door to allow us to go to condo. All explained by Rick. Opening the condo door to a spacious 3 bedroom extremely clean and all furniture well maintained. Comfortable beds and all nice size rooms. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking including good grills and a Blackstone. The Beachplace grounds are awesome ...well trimmed and maintained. A beautiful view from the balcony with a side view of the Gulf. The pool is the best ever with lanes for swimming laps, covered kids pool and adult hot tub. All very clean and managed. The Clubhouse is another plus with a really good fitness center. All very short walk to both beach and pool with umbrellas and chairs on the beach for you. Especially nice not to carry them to the beach. Just walk or sit and watch all the dolphins playing in front of you. We have always booked thru Rick and we know if there is a question or problem, he answers promptly and takes care of it. A person who takes care of you.

We had a fantastic time at Rick’s! The apartment is spacious, clean and beautiful- with incredible views over the Gulf.

"Penthouse Condo"

Our agent Rick was very helpful throughout the month. Our month at our condo was very enjoyable. The location of the condo with the views of the beach and the sunsets were exceptional. The condo had everything that we wanted and We really enjoyed the pool, especially the pool sea water. The office the office staff were very helpful on keeping us up-to-date with the events that we’re going on at Beach Place. overall, we really enjoyed it. We look forward to coming back later in the year..
