Florida Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals is a local, family-run vacation rental and property management company owned by Rick and Katie Benninghove. Since 2020 we have managed beachfront condos and homes on Longboat Key, Lido Key and St. Armands for their owners, and welcomed guests for weekly getaways, month-long stays and full winter seasons.
What we do
- For guests: more than 50 furnished condos and homes, most of them Gulf-front, with personal check-ins and a local host who answers the phone.
- For owners: full vacation rental management focused on short and mid-term stays, especially monthly and seasonal guests. We do not do annual leases or real estate sales, so rentals get our full attention.
- Our specialty: stays of a month or longer. We know the 30-day, 60-day and 90-day rules at every building we manage, and we handle association applications for our guests.
Where we work
We focus on three islands just off downtown Sarasota and know them building by building: Longboat Key, including our largest community, Beachplace; Lido Key; and St. Armands.
