Cancellation Policy

Should the rental be canceled at least 90 days in advance of the arrival date, a full refund will be given. If the rental is canceled for any reason 89 – 61 days prior to arrival the 30% of Rental Revenue will be forfeited. If the rental is canceled 60 to 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of rental revenue will be forfeited and 29 to 0 days, 100% of rental revenue will be forfeited. Registration fee is non-refundable.

Deposit Policy

An advance deposit of 30% is required at the time of confirmation.

The communication is great, very strong attention to detail, and Rick is very easy to reach and responsive if there are any needs. We recently stayed at Beachplace building 3, unit 205. The condo was awesome. Extremely clean, spacious, and had everything you could want. It was fully stocked with kitchen appliances, bath needs, beach towels, extra bedding, and plenty more. I highly recommend using Florida Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals. It's nice to know you don't have to stress when it comes to planning vacation. They do it all for you. our stay was wonderful, place is bigger then the pictures. Very clean and stylish house, very comfortable furniture and beds. Surrounding areas were awesome, beach walkable distance but we loved taking the beach bikes.. bars, restaurants and boutiques shop within a 2 block walk from house, downtown Sarasota so close and beautiful. Everything from beach to outdoor activities( tennis, pickle ball, biking, waking, jogging and kayak) at your door step would definitelty rent again. Thank you Marisa

"Beauty and Relaxation. And Sunsets!"

We had the privilege of staying in an ocean-front unit at Beachplace last January for the entire month. This was our first month away for the winter and it couldn't have been more relaxing and special. The entire complex is beautifully maintained and cared for. It was wonderful to have the beach and all the chairs set out each day, but also nice to have access to the pool and hot tub. Our specific unit was very super nice, super clean, and very convenient. And the view! We made a point every day to be front and center on our balcony to watch the beautiful sun drop into the ocean. Spectacular colors and shows--each a little bit different from the other. Our time was spent exploring the area but also just leisurely walking along the beach. Heaven. So much so that we booked January for 2023!
