“Awesome”
This was our 3rd year to stay in BP-3-205 and for us it is one of the best. We have always arrived late at night due to our flight schedule but Rick Benninghove has sent in advance all the information we need from arriving at the 24 hour guard gate to the guard opening the building door to allow us to go to condo. All explained by Rick. Opening the condo door to a spacious 3 bedroom extremely clean and all furniture well maintained. Comfortable beds and all nice size rooms. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking including good grills and a Blackstone. The Beachplace grounds are awesome …well trimmed and maintained. A beautiful view from the balcony with a side view of the Gulf. The pool is the best ever with lanes for swimming laps, covered kids pool and adult hot tub. All very clean and managed. The Clubhouse is another plus with a really good fitness center. All very short walk to both beach and pool with umbrellas and chairs on the beach for you. Especially nice not to carry them to the beach. Just walk or sit and watch all the dolphins playing in front of you. We have always booked thru Rick and we know if there is a question or problem, he answers promptly and takes care of it. A person who takes care of you.

We have been coming to Beachplace for years and love all it has to offer. 3-304 is a great condo and our family loved it. Had everything you could ever need. Thanks to Rick for helping us throughout our stay. we look forward to our next visit.

This is our second year renting the same house for the month of March. The house was perfectly maintained, spotless, and reasonably priced. Rick and his team overdelivered yet again this year. I can’t recommend Florida Gulf Coast Vacations enough. We’ve already booked again for next year!

As usual, Rick Benninghove and Florida Gulf Vacation Coast Rentals did their expected and awesome job for us. This was our 2nd rental of the unit and it is a great location and very nice amenities. BeachPlace is an awesome community, and we had very few minor items which Rick and the maintenance department handled expeditiously. The pool and beach are the best in the area. We highly recommend Rick and his company for any of your rental needs in this area.

We could not have enjoyed our Longboat Key stay any more. Rick was always responsive and attentive. The house was well-equipped and ready upon arrival. A memorable stay on the Gulf Coast Your Review: We spent February and March at Beachplace with a frontal view of the Gulf. There were endless sunsets. All of them different. We knew Beachplace well since we had owned a unit there for about 20 years. We were familiar with the pools, the gym, the pickle ball courts and more. The unit was well-equipped, light and easy to feel at home in. Dealing with Rick was easy. From the beginning with all of the paperwork, to receiving necessary information upon arrival. There were no problems. When we had a few minor technical glitches in the beginning of our stay Rick was there immediately with hands-on help to resolve the issues. He was knowledgeable, pleasant, reliable and easy to deal with. We would strongly recommend staying at Beachplace and doing business with Rick.

We had a wonderful vacation while staying in Lido Key in St. Armands area. The house was nicely equipped, comfortable, and aesthetically nice. The location was perfect with privacy but within walking distance to St Armands restaurants and the Lido Beach. The pool was great for our three kids and the house came with a few floaties and beach chairs making trips to the beach much more enjoyable. We had a few things requiring attention including a new filter on the fridge and the tub jets not working. Both of these were addressed quickly and fixed with no issue. The rental company allowed for some flexibility with check in and check out which I was incredibly grateful for especially traveling with younger kids. Overall, this Airbnb was an amazing experience and one of our favorite trips, we would definitely stay again.
