Beachplace 8-105 by FGC
“Perfect location, peaceful, stunning views and immaculate well furnished condo.”
May 2025 will be our second vation in Beachplace 8105, the first being May 2024. We were delighted with the unit last time, and this hasn’t changed after another month there. The unit is is a stunning postion being beachfront which is easily accessed using the single flight of steps directly from the unit terrace. The complete renovations Beachplace 8105 had in 2017 have been completed to a very high standard and obviously all renters use it with care, respect to the furniture as everything is still immaculate. I have to congratulate Rick from FGCVR as he must somehow control and vet the applications of renters to continue to keep the unit in such immaculate order. Our Daughter and Granddaughter joined us for the last week of our vacation and their comments reflect the ones I have already mentioned. After agreeing an arrival time with Rick, we were met by Katie who ensured that we were totally happy with the condo and level of cleaning which was superb. ONce again we give Beachplace 8105 AND the hospitality by Rick and Katio a 5 Star rating, and so much did we enjoy our vacation that a reservation for May 2026 has already been agreed. 2025, January-April Rick is the benchmark of exceptional service by rental agents. From the first night when our plane was delayed he made himself available to assist in our entering the condo. Throughout the stay he attended to our every need as he also did for all of his clients. We highly recommend him!

We have just completed a one month tenancy at Beachplace, building 2, unit 402 on Longboat Key with Rick Benninghove as the agent for the owner. We found him at all times to be attentive to our every need and extremely professional in the management of his business. We would definitely rate him as a 5 on a scale of 1 to 5 with 5 being the highest.

This unit was wonderful! It is very comfortable to stay in this condo. Lots of towels and sheets. Kitchen had all the utensils and appliances we needed. Parking is convenient. Pool is heated and probably the best condominium community pool in the area! Sunrise is beautiful from the condo living room!! Sunsets are spectacular from the balcony or, even better, the beach. From this condo door, your toes are touching the sand in 5 minutes. The condo community is very friendly. We enjoyed ourselves so much at this condo that we will be returning. The condo management was easy to work with and very responsive. Definitely a great find!!

We enjoyed our week at this beach front condominium. Everything was well-prepared, with excellent communication from Rick. The unit is luxurious and comfortable, with gorgeous decor. It’s very quiet, and the water view is spectacular. Many thanks, we hope to return again!

“Penthouse Condo”
Our agent Rick was very helpful throughout the month. Our month at our condo was very enjoyable. The location of the condo with the views of the beach and the sunsets were exceptional. The condo had everything that we wanted and We really enjoyed the pool, especially the pool sea water. The office the office staff were very helpful on keeping us up-to-date with the events that we’re going on at Beach Place. overall, we really enjoyed it. We look forward to coming back later in the year..
