We had a wonderful time in LBK and the Beachplace facility was as good as usual. We love the place for its friendlyness. The service provided by our provider was simply outstanding. I cannot say strongly enough the wonderful service provided by Rick. We rate it the very best possible. Thank you Rick for making our stay memorable and completely satisfying. Hank Orme

“A special home in the perfect beach location!”
We stayed here in August and September 2024 and absolutely adored this home. From the moment we arrived, it felt welcoming, comfortable, and like the perfect beach getaway. The home is beautifully decorated with plenty of charm, yet spacious enough for everyone to spread out and relax. Everything was exceptionally clean, well maintained, and clearly cared for. One of our favorite features is the location. St. Armands Circle is just a block away, making it easy to walk to dinner, browse the shops, or grab a treat. There are so many wonderful restaurants nearby, and we felt completely comfortable letting the kids walk over for ice cream—which they loved. Having so much within walking distance made our stay feel effortless and relaxed. The beach is only a short walk away and absolutely stunning. Between the beach and the pool, our kids were in heaven! When we wanted to explore farther, downtown Sarasota was just a quick trip across the bridge. What we loved most was how quickly the home made us feel at ease. It’s the kind of place where you can settle in, unwind, and simply enjoy time together. Our stay exceeded our expectations, and we left with wonderful family memories. We can’t wait to return!

“Another Month in Paradise !!!”
May 2026 will be our third consecutive vacation in Beachplace 8105, the first being May 2024. We were delighted with the unit on all occasions, and this has not changed after another month there. The unit is is a stunning position being beachfront which is easily accessed using the single flight of steps directly from the unit terrace. The complete renovations Beachplace 8105 had in 2017 have been completed to a very high standard and obviously all renters use it with care, respect to the furniture as everything is still immaculate. I must congratulate Rick from FGCVR as he must somehow control and vet the applications of renters to continue to keep the unit in such immaculate order. Our Daughter and Granddaughter joined us for the last week of our vacation in May 2025 and we missed having them with us again this year, but GCSE’s must prevail! After agreeing an arrival time, we were met by Rick who ensured that we were very happy with the condominium and level of cleaning which was superb. Once again, we give Beachplace 8105 AND the hospitality by Rick and Katie a 5 Star rating, and so much did we enjoy our vacation that a reservation for May 2027 will hopefully be booked very soon. This condominium and FGCVR are both well recommended…… David & Christine Wood (UK)

“1001 Longboat Club Road”
We could not have enjoyed our Longboat Key stay any more. Rick was always responsive and attentive. The house was well-equipped and ready upon arrival. This was such a special family time for us, and the Longboat Club Road home was perfect for our needs and stay. We would highly recommend Rick and FL Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals.

“Great holiday”
This is a great property with outstanding views of the Gulf of Mexico and literally steps away from the superb beach. The apartment is fully renovated, beautifully decorated, clean and well stocked. We had all we needed for relaxing holiday. Master bedroom was spacious with huge walk in closet. We loved sitting out on the enclosed balcony listening to the ocean waves and watching awesome sunsets. If you like luxury accommodation on the beach, this is the place. We will definitely go back

Our stay at the property on Lido Beach was enjoyable! The home is ideally situated, just a five minute walk from the beach. The host was responsive and helpful, promptly addressing any questions or concerns we had throughout our stay. We were grateful for the thoughtful amenities provided, such as the beach gear available in the garage, which added to the comfort and ease of our visit. We would gladly recommend this property to others seeking a comfortable located beach retreat.
