House is tastefully remodeled, and decorated, you won’t be disappointed! Beds are comfy with cozy linens. Beach, and shops/restaurants are very walkable, as described in the listing. We really loved the integrated sound system and used it the entire time! We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be back in the near future!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The condo was beautiful with amazing views. The beach was gorgeous and not overly crowded. The neighborhood was nice, super convenient location to the pool and the beach. Rick was super responsive and always replied quickly. Would definitely love to stay here again!!

We have had the pleasure of renting the same home on Longboat Key for three years every March. There are many beautiful houses for rent, but the “boutique” like management offered by Rick and his team are unparalleled. Our relationship with FGCVR has always been much more than transactional…..it’s been personal as if we had a friend welcoming us back every year. We really enjoyed Beachplace Bldg #3, Unit 205! We found the unit to be very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. The unit had everything we needed. The entire complex is kept up with on a daily basis. Rick was responsive to our inquiries and provided excellent service.

“:A memorable stay on the Gulf Coast”
A memorable stay on the Gulf Coast Your Review: We spent February and March at Beachplace with a frontal view of the Gulf. There were endless sunsets. All of them different. We knew Beachplace well since we had owned a unit there for about 20 years. We were familiar with the pools, the gym, the pickle ball courts and more. The unit was well-equipped, light and easy to feel at home in. Dealing with Rick was easy. From the beginning with all of the paperwork, to receiving necessary information upon arrival. There were no problems. When we had a few minor technical glitches in the beginning of our stay Rick was there immediately with hands-on help to resolve the issues. He was knowledgeable, pleasant, reliable and easy to deal with. We would strongly recommend staying at Beachplace and doing business with Rick.

“World Class Service”
We enjoyed our time in Beachplace building 3, unit 304. Rick Benninghove gave us absolutely world class service on our one-month rental. He answered every phone call by the second ring, he took us to the property and spend plenty of time with us to make sure we were well taught in every aspect of living there, during the rental nothing we called about was ever too much trouble for him, and he kept every promise he made. I called several other agents about rental properties, and none were as responsive as Rick. I would not hesitate to go back to him again.
