“Great Location with Great Views”
Beachplace is a well maintained complex with a wonderful beach, great pool, and a good hot tub. It’s a nice place for families and has a covered baby pool. The staff is very helpful along with the realtor who rented the unit to us. It’s close to a grocery store and lots of great restaurants. A short drive to St Armands circle with more great restaurants and shopping.

A really nice, well kept house with an excellent location a block and a half from the circle at St. Armond’s. We enjoyed our stay there. Rick was very accommodating and responded quickly to our requests

We have had the pleasure of renting the same home on Longboat Key for three years every March. There are many beautiful houses for rent, but the “boutique” like management offered by Rick and his team are unparalleled. Our relationship with FGCVR has always been much more than transactional…..it’s been personal as if we had a friend welcoming us back every year. We have used this company multiple times and each time the service has been perfect from start to finish. Rick is great to deal with. He makes sure all of your needs are met from the very beginning. The communication is great, very strong attention to detail, and Rick is very easy to reach and responsive if there are any needs. We recently stayed at Beachplace building 3, unit 205. The condo was awesome. Extremely clean, spacious, and had everything you could want. It was fully stocked with kitchen appliances, bath needs, beach towels, extra bedding, and plenty more. I highly recommend using Florida Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals. It’s nice to know you don’t have to stress when it comes to planning vacation. They do it all for you. I can’t wait until our next vacation! Thank you Rick and all for making our vacation so pleasant!

We had a great month at Beachpace and loved 3-304. Sitting on the balcony and enjoying watching the Gulf of Mexico. Wonderful to go to the beach and have everything already set up for you. Our stay at the property on Lido Beach was enjoyable! The home is ideally situated, just a five minute walk from the beach. The host was responsive and helpful, promptly addressing any questions or concerns we had throughout our stay. We were grateful for the thoughtful amenities provided, such as the beach gear available in the garage, which added to the comfort and ease of our visit. We would gladly recommend this property to others seeking a comfortable located beach retreat.

We could not have enjoyed our Longboat Key stay any more. Rick was always responsive and attentive. The house was well-equipped and ready upon arrival. “Sunsets!”
We loved out Month here. Thanks to Rick and team we were well taken care of. Unit gets afternoon sun and nice view to the beach. Sarasota downtown is so near and Beachplace offers so much you don’t need to leave. Loved the pool.
