Rick and Katie are excellent hosts and we would recommend them for any properties they represent. The home was very nice and suitable for families with children. Excellent location for beach, groceries, shopping and restaurants.

“Fun and Relaxing”
We just returned from a fun & relaxing vacation at this home right in the heart of beautiful Sarasota. Walk to the beach, restaurants. Home is very comfortable, clean, has every convenience. Host Rick is right on top of everything. I would call this a ‘no worries’ vaycay!

“Exceptional Condo”
Rick Benninghove was an excellent host and this unit was simply fantastic. Very clean and beautifully appointed, a modern and well considered remodeling had us hardly wanting to hit the beach the first couple of days. “House is tastefully remodeled, and decorated, you won’t be disappointed! Beds are comfy with cozy linens. Beach, and shops/restaurants are very walkable, as described in the listing. We really loved the integrated sound system and used it the entire time! We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be back in the near future!”

This is the third time we’ve stayed at Beachplace but the first time at 8-105. We had a wonderful time thank you. Magnificent view from the living area and master bedroom. The condo is spacious, clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. The view looks directly onto The Gulf with steps down to the beach and we were delighted to see dolphins/pelicans/Osprey and a host of other wildlife on a daily basis. A lovely swimming pool and hot tub. Rick is always on hand for anything you may need and does a great job. A ten minute car ride to St Armand’s Circle where there’s plenty of restaurants/bars and shops to choose from. Beachplace is a great place to chill out. We’ve already made a reservation for next year so we highly recommend it.

“Perfect vacation”
We had a great month at Beachpace and loved 3-304. Sitting on the balcony and enjoying watching the Gulf of Mexico. Wonderful to go to the beach and have everything already set up for you. Loved this condo. Amazingly clean and had everything I needed. Thank you Florida Gulf Coast for a wonderful stay.

We loved our time here. The condo had everything we could desire and the property was amazing. They set up beach chairs and umbrellas for us daily. The pool was large and refreshing. Thank you Rick for taking great care of us.
