Beachplace 8-105 by FGC
“Another Month in Paradise !!!”
May 2026 will be our third consecutive vacation in Beachplace 8105, the first being May 2024. We were delighted with the unit on all occasions, and this has not changed after another month there. The unit is is a stunning position being beachfront which is easily accessed using the single flight of steps directly from the unit terrace. The complete renovations Beachplace 8105 had in 2017 have been completed to a very high standard and obviously all renters use it with care, respect to the furniture as everything is still immaculate. I must congratulate Rick from FGCVR as he must somehow control and vet the applications of renters to continue to keep the unit in such immaculate order. Our Daughter and Granddaughter joined us for the last week of our vacation in May 2025 and we missed having them with us again this year, but GCSE’s must prevail! After agreeing an arrival time, we were met by Rick who ensured that we were very happy with the condominium and level of cleaning which was superb. Once again, we give Beachplace 8105 AND the hospitality by Rick and Katie a 5 Star rating, and so much did we enjoy our vacation that a reservation for May 2027 will hopefully be booked very soon. “Exceptional Condo”
Rick Benninghove was an excellent host and this unit was simply fantastic. Very clean and beautifully appointed, a modern and well considered remodeling had us hardly wanting to hit the beach the first couple of days. Much appreciation to the property owner for offering such a wonderful home. Our family greatly appreciated the trust placed in guests and we will definitely be back. Thank you both so much!

“Great Experience”
We loved this condo. It was well taken care of and had everything we needed. Beachplace was a great community with very nice staff and friendly guests to meet. Rick was very helpful along the way. The Beach was amazing and they set up our chairs every day for us! We can not wait to come back.

We loved our time here. The condo had everything we could desire and the property was amazing. They set up beach chairs and umbrellas for us daily. The pool was large and refreshing. Thank you Rick for taking great care of us.

Rick’s place was just lovely – very clean, spacious and uncluttered. All amenities were top-notch! The kitchen was well stocked, making us feel like we were home. There were also plenty of linens – both bath and bed as well as pool towels. Rick was very accommodating in helping us get in early, he was proactive, warm, friendly and responsive. Couldn’t ask for more!

“Great Condo and location”
Fantastic accommodation for my parents at 8-603 Beach Place from October 14 to Nov 15, 2025. Rick met us when we first arrived at the property and explained clearly to my parents how everything worked. The Condo was fitted out to a very high standard and everything was very clean. My parents were delighted and really couldn’t have asked for anything more on their vacation. “Seasonal Rental at Beachplace”
This was our sixth year renting a unit through Rick and our first year at Beachplace. We could have not been more pleased. The unit had an excellent location, was clean and very well maintained. There were activities at the complex almost every day including the annual golf outing at the Longboat Key Club. We immediately signed a lease for next year and cannot wait to come back.

We had a wonderful vacation while staying in Lido Key in St. Armands area. The house was nicely equipped, comfortable, and aesthetically nice. The location was perfect with privacy but within walking distance to St Armands restaurants and the Lido Beach. The pool was great for our three kids and the house came with a few floaties and beach chairs making trips to the beach much more enjoyable. We had a few things requiring attention including a new filter on the fridge and the tub jets not working. Both of these were addressed quickly and fixed with no issue. The rental company allowed for some flexibility with check in and check out which I was incredibly grateful for especially traveling with younger kids. Overall, this Airbnb was an amazing experience and one of our favorite trips, we would definitely stay again.
