“Beachplace Vacations”
Booked Beachplace 3503 with Rick Benninghove for May 2023. We were looked after from day one when Rick met us at Beachplace and thereafter he was available for any queries. Highest regard for his professionalism and his attention to detail. Would recommend booking a condo through his office for his approachable manner and nothing was too much trouble. Have booked with Rick again!!

“Another Month in Paradise !!!”
May 2026 will be our third consecutive vacation in Beachplace 8105, the first being May 2024. We were delighted with the unit on all occasions, and this has not changed after another month there. The unit is is a stunning position being beachfront which is easily accessed using the single flight of steps directly from the unit terrace. The complete renovations Beachplace 8105 had in 2017 have been completed to a very high standard and obviously all renters use it with care, respect to the furniture as everything is still immaculate. I must congratulate Rick from FGCVR as he must somehow control and vet the applications of renters to continue to keep the unit in such immaculate order. Our Daughter and Granddaughter joined us for the last week of our vacation in May 2025 and we missed having them with us again this year, but GCSE’s must prevail! After agreeing an arrival time, we were met by Rick who ensured that we were very happy with the condominium and level of cleaning which was superb. Once again, we give Beachplace 8105 AND the hospitality by Rick and Katie a 5 Star rating, and so much did we enjoy our vacation that a reservation for May 2027 will hopefully be booked very soon. “Amazing view”
The condo was perfect. Our favorite parts were the comfy beds and the ocean views! We loved staying at this condo. It was clean and welcoming. The pool and beach are super close so it was easy to go back and forth which was really perfect as we had our 10 month old twins with us. I hope we can come back and stay here again!

We have rented through Florida Gulf Coast for years and they are the best. Rick is incredibly attentive to every aspect of our stay each and every time we come to LBK BeachPlace. He makes sure our beach front accommodations are perfect every time.

“Seasonal Rental at Beachplace”
This was our sixth year renting a unit through Rick and our first year at Beachplace. We could have not been more pleased. The unit had an excellent location, was clean and very well maintained. There were activities at the complex almost every day including the annual golf outing at the Longboat Key Club. We immediately signed a lease for next year and cannot wait to come back.

“Great Condo”
We loved our time here. The condo had everything we could desire and the property was amazing. They set up beach chairs and umbrellas for us daily. The pool was large and refreshing. Thank you Rick for taking great care of us.

“Incredible Vacation”
Florida Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals is an outstanding company. The owner Rick does an incredible job with the scheduling, the communication, and all things customer service. He makes sure all of your needs are met from start to finish, and if there is ever any need to contact Rick during your stay, he is easily accessible. The property (Beachplace building 3, unit 205) is an outstanding unit. It’s clean and really close to the beach and the pool. It comes equipped with pretty much anything you need to enjoy your stay. I have used Florida Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals for many years, and will never use any other service. I’m so glad to have found Rick and his company!

We visited this panoramic paradise earlier this year. Spectacular to say the least. Front balcony views of the gulf and back balcony the bay is Sarasota.If you can imagine a sea pastel extra large condo decorated with simple elegance this is your place. Loaded with whatever you need and if the need should arrive, the spectacular staff can arrange for you. Private members pool, fitness, pool room, and private movie theater are also housed here. A gentle walk to Ritz club, beach, and restaurant at your service. Rick Benninghove of the Florida Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals ( a separate management company) is the best and most timely for whatever you may need. I would certainly recommend this rental and it’s service! Top notch!!!
