We have had the pleasure of renting the same home on Longboat Key for three years every March. There are many beautiful houses for rent, but the “boutique” like management offered by Rick and his team are unparalleled. Our relationship with FGCVR has always been much more than transactional…..it’s been personal as if we had a friend welcoming us back every year. “Special vacation”
We have been renting near St. Armand’s Circle for the past 6 years and this was by far our best experience. From my first phone call to Rick B. until our last day, everything was first class. The customer service and professionalism displayed by Rick was the best we’ve experienced. He personally met us at the property to explain the ins and outs of the house with a goodie basket in hand. He was also prompted and courteous when we called to ask questions. He went above and beyond with all our interactions. The home was special- couldn’t have asked for more. It fit our family perfectly. The combination of great customer service and a beautiful home made this a truly special vacation.

Lido Bliss was the perfect place for a girls getaway. We had the best time at this gorgeous home! There are beautiful views of the ocean and the city, easy access to the Beach Club across the street, every amenity you can think of, plus easy walkability to St. Armand’s Circle. Perfection! The host, Florida Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals), was extremely responsive to our needs. The unit was gorgeous with top of the line Wolf appliances in a state-of-the -art kitchen. When you walk into the condo, you feel like you’ve walkled into your Stateroom on a cruise ship at sea (only the Stateroom is at least eight times the size of a cruise ship). It is only when you approach the balcony do you realize you’re at the beach The condo is one of the largest in Beachplace at over 1500 sq ft according to the host. And speaking of the hosts, they were incredibly responsive to our every need. I can’t say enough about the service they provided. Not all property managers are created equal. Rick and Katie excel at providing the best service possible.
