“The perfect place for a girls getaway.”
Lido Bliss was the perfect place for a girls getaway. We had the best time at this gorgeous home! There are beautiful views of the ocean and the city, easy access to the Beach Club across the street, every amenity you can think of, plus easy walkability to St. Armand’s Circle. Perfection! “Great Experience!”
This was my first time renting from Florida Gulf Coast, and it was a very positive experience. Rick and Katie were there to greet me when I arrived. The apartment was very clean and well equipped and had beautiful gulf views. Rick helped me connect to the internet and helped me set-up my Roku, which was much appreciated. He also was very responsive to a few issues that cropped up in the early days of my stay and resolved the few concerns that I had in a timely and professional way. I was very pleased with my stay and will be renting from them again for the 2023 season. My understanding is this owner only rents 1 x per year in winter, so I was lucky to rent it.

Booked Beachplace 3503 with Rick Benninghove for May 2023. We were looked after from day one when Rick met us at Beachplace and thereafter he was available for any queries. Highest regard for his professionalism and his attention to detail. Would recommend booking a condo through his office for his approachable manner and nothing was too much trouble. “Incredible Vacation”
Florida Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals is an outstanding company. The owner Rick does an incredible job with the scheduling, the communication, and all things customer service. He makes sure all of your needs are met from start to finish, and if there is ever any need to contact Rick during your stay, he is easily accessible. The property (Beachplace building 3, unit 205) is an outstanding unit. It’s clean and really close to the beach and the pool. It comes equipped with pretty much anything you need to enjoy your stay. I have used Florida Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals for many years, and will never use any other service. I’m so glad to have found Rick and his company!

We loved out Month here. Thanks to Rick and team we were well taken care of. Unit gets afternoon sun and nice view to the beach. Sarasota downtown is so near and Beachplace offers so much you don’t need to leave. Loved the pool.

We stayed a month and loved this condo . It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Beachplace has a resort feel and large pool, great beach, workout room , etc. We will be back next year.
