Cancellation Policy
Should the rental be canceled at least 90 days in advance of the arrival date, a full refund will be given. If the rental is canceled for any reason 89 – 61 days prior to arrival the 30% of Rental Revenue will be forfeited. If the rental is canceled 60 to 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of rental revenue will be forfeited and 29 to 0 days, 100% of rental revenue will be forfeited. Registration fee and any HOA fee is non-refundable.
Deposit Policy
An advance deposit of 30% is required at the time of confirmation.
Our 2nd time to stay at this house! Price point and location (with a pool) cannot be beat on St Armands Circle. Evening walks to the Circle for ice cream is our favorite activity.
"Rick's place was just lovely - very clean, spacious and uncluttered. All amenities were top-notch! The kitchen was well stocked, making us feel like we were home. There were also plenty of linens - both bath and bed as well as pool towels. Rick was very accommodating in helping us get in early, he was proactive, warm, friendly and responsive. Couldn't ask for more!"
Rick and Katie are excellent hosts and we would recommend them for any properties they represent. The home was very nice and suitable for families with children. Excellent location for beach, groceries, shopping and restaurants.
