Cancellation Policy

Should the rental be canceled at least 90 days in advance of the arrival date, a full refund will be given. If the rental is canceled for any reason 89 – 61 days prior to arrival the 30% of Rental Revenue will be forfeited. If the rental is canceled 60 to 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of rental revenue will be forfeited and 29 to 0 days, 100% of rental revenue will be forfeited. Registration fee is non-refundable.

Deposit Policy

An advance deposit of 30% is required at the time of confirmation.

My beach rental on longboat key Florida was and is perfect in every way and form. We had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The host was outstanding: friendly, responsive, and truly attentive. They offered great local recommendations and clearly put a lot of care into making the stay enjoyable. The location was perfect as well—quiet, safe, and close to everything I wanted to explore. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. A fantastic experience from start to finish!
