“Awesome”
This was our 3rd year to stay in BP-3-205 and for us it is one of the best. We have always arrived late at night due to our flight schedule but Rick Benninghove has sent in advance all the information we need from arriving at the 24 hour guard gate to the guard opening the building door to allow us to go to condo. All explained by Rick. Opening the condo door to a spacious 3 bedroom extremely clean and all furniture well maintained. Comfortable beds and all nice size rooms. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking including good grills and a Blackstone. The Beachplace grounds are awesome …well trimmed and maintained. A beautiful view from the balcony with a side view of the Gulf. The pool is the best ever with lanes for swimming laps, covered kids pool and adult hot tub. All very clean and managed. The Clubhouse is another plus with a really good fitness center. All very short walk to both beach and pool with umbrellas and chairs on the beach for you. Especially nice not to carry them to the beach. Just walk or sit and watch all the dolphins playing in front of you. We have always booked thru Rick and we know if there is a question or problem, he answers promptly and takes care of it. A person who takes care of you.

Perfect vacation house. Exactly as described. Absolutely no complaints. Location is amazing. House is wonderful! Well stocked and so clean. Pool right outside your door was great with all the privacy you could ask for.
Beachplace 8-105 by FGC
“Another Month in Paradise !!!”
May 2026 will be our third consecutive vacation in Beachplace 8105, the first being May 2024. We were delighted with the unit on all occasions, and this has not changed after another month there. The unit is is a stunning position being beachfront which is easily accessed using the single flight of steps directly from the unit terrace. The complete renovations Beachplace 8105 had in 2017 have been completed to a very high standard and obviously all renters use it with care, respect to the furniture as everything is still immaculate. I must congratulate Rick from FGCVR as he must somehow control and vet the applications of renters to continue to keep the unit in such immaculate order. Our Daughter and Granddaughter joined us for the last week of our vacation in May 2025 and we missed having them with us again this year, but GCSE’s must prevail! After agreeing an arrival time, we were met by Rick who ensured that we were very happy with the condominium and level of cleaning which was superb. Once again, we give Beachplace 8105 AND the hospitality by Rick and Katie a 5 Star rating, and so much did we enjoy our vacation that a reservation for May 2027 will hopefully be booked very soon. Booked Beachplace 3503 with Rick Benninghove for May 2023. We were looked after from day one when Rick met us at Beachplace and thereafter he was available for any queries. Highest regard for his professionalism and his attention to detail. Would recommend booking a condo through his office for his approachable manner and nothing was too much trouble. Our stay at the property on Lido Beach was enjoyable! The home is ideally situated, just a five minute walk from the beach. The host was responsive and helpful, promptly addressing any questions or concerns we had throughout our stay. We were grateful for the thoughtful amenities provided, such as the beach gear available in the garage, which added to the comfort and ease of our visit. We would gladly recommend this property to others seeking a comfortable located beach retreat.

The condo was beautifully updated and decorated. Two balconies overlook the Gulf and tennis courts. It was in a great location on the beach, a walkable neighborhood close to restaurants, CVS, and Publix. Whole Foods was not a bad drive to Sarasota. Tennis and pickleball courts were on site. The office managers and residents were very friendly and invited us to Friday night socials and to join them in playing tennis or pickleball. The kitchen was well stocked. Rick was friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay again!
