Front balcony views of the gulf and back balcony the bay is Sarasota.If you can imagine a sea pastel extra large condo decorated with simple elegance this is your place. Loaded with whatever you need and if the need should arrive, the spectacular staff can arrange for you.
Private members pool, fitness, pool room, and private movie theater are also housed here. A gentle walk to Ritz club, beach, and restaurant at your service.
Rick Benninghove of the Florida Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals ( a separate management company) is the best and most timely for whatever you may need.

Cancellation Policy
Should the rental be canceled at least 90 days in advance of the arrival date, a full refund will be given. If the rental is canceled for any reason 89 – 61 days prior to arrival the 30% of Rental Revenue will be forfeited. If the rental is canceled 60 to 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of rental revenue will be forfeited and 29 to 0 days, 100% of rental revenue will be forfeited. Registration fee is non-refundable.
Deposit Policy
An advance deposit of 30% is required at the time of confirmation.
