“New Review”
As usual, Rick Benninghove and Florida Gulf Vacation Coast Rentals did their expected and awesome job for us. This was our 2nd rental of the unit and it is a great location and very nice amenities. BeachPlace is an awesome community, and we had very few minor items which Rick and the maintenance department handled expeditiously. The pool and beach are the best in the area. We highly recommend Rick and his company for any of your rental needs in this area.

“Paradise Found”
We spent 10 wonderful days at Ingrid’s home with our 3 young kids. First, the location is ideal: quiet neighborhood right by St. Armand’s Circle (with plenty of nice restaurants, cafes and shops), 10 min walk away from the beautiful Lido Key beach. Then the house itself is well decorated, super functional, very well equipped. Great kitchen to cook and hang out, cozy living room, comfy beds in all bedrooms, beautiful heated pool. Ingrid was very responsive and went even beyond our expectations providing a high chair and pack-and-play for our little one. This was one of our best experiences with an Airbnb rental.

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Longboat Key! Rick was very responsive and helpful making sure our stay was perfect. The condo was beautiful and the view was stunning! We would love to come back again.

We have had the pleasure of renting the same home on Longboat Key for three years every March. There are many beautiful houses for rent, but the “boutique” like management offered by Rick and his team are unparalleled. Our relationship with FGCVR has always been much more than transactional…..it’s been personal as if we had a friend welcoming us back every year. It’s great to see his hard work, dedication, and vision continue to fuel his growth. Bravo.

Lido Bliss was the perfect place for a girls getaway. We had the best time at this gorgeous home! There are beautiful views of the ocean and the city, easy access to the Beach Club across the street, every amenity you can think of, plus easy walkability to St. Armand’s Circle. Perfection! The condo was beautifully updated and decorated. Two balconies overlook the Gulf and tennis courts. It was in a great location on the beach, a walkable neighborhood close to restaurants, CVS, and Publix. Whole Foods was not a bad drive to Sarasota. Tennis and pickleball courts were on site. The office managers and residents were very friendly and invited us to Friday night socials and to join them in playing tennis or pickleball. The kitchen was well stocked. Rick was friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay again!
