Perfect vacation house. Exactly as described. Absolutely no complaints. Location is amazing. House is wonderful! Well stocked and so clean. Pool right outside your door was great with all the privacy you could ask for.

“Beachplace Vacations”
Booked Beachplace 3503 with Rick Benninghove for May 2023. We were looked after from day one when Rick met us at Beachplace and thereafter he was available for any queries. Highest regard for his professionalism and his attention to detail. Would recommend booking a condo through his office for his approachable manner and nothing was too much trouble. Have booked with Rick again!!
Beachplace 4 – 505 (3BR) by FGC
This unit was wonderful! It is very comfortable to stay in this condo. Lots of towels and sheets. Kitchen had all the utensils and appliances we needed. Parking is convenient. Pool is heated and probably the best condominium community pool in the area! Sunrise is beautiful from the condo living room!! Sunsets are spectacular from the balcony or, even better, the beach. From this condo door, your toes are touching the sand in 5 minutes. The condo community is very friendly. We enjoyed ourselves so much at this condo that we will be returning. The condo management was easy to work with and very responsive. Definitely a great find!!

“Penthouse Condo”
Our agent Rick was very helpful throughout the month. Our month at our condo was very enjoyable. The location of the condo with the views of the beach and the sunsets were exceptional. The condo had everything that we wanted and We really enjoyed the pool, especially the pool sea water. The office the office staff were very helpful on keeping us up-to-date with the events that we’re going on at Beach Place. overall, we really enjoyed it. We look forward to coming back later in the year..

“Perfect Paradise”
This condo is located right down the hall from all the building amenities and the only balcony with a walk down to the relaxing pool deck. This private pool is only for residents of this building, but we also were given a Ritz Beach membership, so we could join the Club pool and beach that’s next door. What a perfect place to stay. we will be back.
Beachplace 8-105 by FGC
“Another Month in Paradise !!!”
May 2026 will be our third consecutive vacation in Beachplace 8105, the first being May 2024. We were delighted with the unit on all occasions, and this has not changed after another month there. The unit is is a stunning position being beachfront which is easily accessed using the single flight of steps directly from the unit terrace. The complete renovations Beachplace 8105 had in 2017 have been completed to a very high standard and obviously all renters use it with care, respect to the furniture as everything is still immaculate. I must congratulate Rick from FGCVR as he must somehow control and vet the applications of renters to continue to keep the unit in such immaculate order. Our Daughter and Granddaughter joined us for the last week of our vacation in May 2025 and we missed having them with us again this year, but GCSE’s must prevail! After agreeing an arrival time, we were met by Rick who ensured that we were very happy with the condominium and level of cleaning which was superb. Once again, we give Beachplace 8105 AND the hospitality by Rick and Katie a 5 Star rating, and so much did we enjoy our vacation that a reservation for May 2027 will hopefully be booked very soon. Rick’s place was just lovely – very clean, spacious and uncluttered. All amenities were top-notch! The kitchen was well stocked, making us feel like we were home. There were also plenty of linens – both bath and bed as well as pool towels. Rick was very accommodating in helping us get in early, he was proactive, warm, friendly and responsive. Couldn’t ask for more!
