We absolutely loved our stay here! The condo was beautiful with amazing views. The beach was gorgeous and not overly crowded. The neighborhood was nice, super convenient location to the pool and the beach. Rick was super responsive and always replied quickly. Would definitely love to stay here again!!

Booked Beachplace 3503 with Rick Benninghove for May 2023. We were looked after from day one when Rick met us at Beachplace and thereafter he was available for any queries. Highest regard for his professionalism and his attention to detail. Would recommend booking a condo through his office for his approachable manner and nothing was too much trouble. Your Review: Florida Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals has been an outstanding service for our vacation needs. We have used this company multiple times and each time the service has been perfect from start to finish. Rick is great to deal with. He makes sure all of your needs are met from the very beginning. The communication is great, very strong attention to detail, and Rick is very easy to reach and responsive if there are any needs. We recently stayed at Beachplace building 3, unit 205. The condo was awesome. Extremely clean, spacious, and had everything you could want. It was fully stocked with kitchen appliances, bath needs, beach towels, extra bedding, and plenty more. I highly recommend using Florida Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals. It’s nice to know you don’t have to stress when it comes to planning vacation. They do it all for you. I can’t wait until our next vacation! Thank you Rick and all for making our vacation so pleasant!

As usual, Rick Benninghove and Florida Gulf Vacation Coast Rentals did their expected and awesome job for us. This was our 2nd rental of the unit and it is a great location and very nice amenities. BeachPlace is an awesome community, and we had very few minor items which Rick and the maintenance department handled expeditiously. The pool and beach are the best in the area. We highly recommend Rick and his company for any of your rental needs in this area.

This is our second year renting the same house for the month of March. The house was perfectly maintained, spotless, and reasonably priced. Rick and his team overdelivered yet again this year. I can’t recommend Florida Gulf Coast Vacations enough. We’ve already booked again for next year!

“Paradise Found”
We spent 10 wonderful days at Ingrid’s home with our 3 young kids. First, the location is ideal: quiet neighborhood right by St. Armand’s Circle (with plenty of nice restaurants, cafes and shops), 10 min walk away from the beautiful Lido Key beach. Then the house itself is well decorated, super functional, very well equipped. Great kitchen to cook and hang out, cozy living room, comfy beds in all bedrooms, beautiful heated pool. Ingrid was very responsive and went even beyond our expectations providing a high chair and pack-and-play for our little one. This was one of our best experiences with an Airbnb rental.
