Beachplace 3 – 304 by FGC
“Perfect vacation”
We had a great month at Beachpace and loved 3-304. Sitting on the balcony and enjoying watching the Gulf of Mexico. Wonderful to go to the beach and have everything already set up for you. Loved this condo. Amazingly clean and had everything I needed. Thank you Florida Gulf Coast for a wonderful stay.

“Seasonal Rental at Beachplace”
This was our sixth year renting a unit through Rick and our first year at Beachplace. We could have not been more pleased. The unit had an excellent location, was clean and very well maintained. There were activities at the complex almost every day including the annual golf outing at the Longboat Key Club. We immediately signed a lease for next year and cannot wait to come back.

“Great Experience!”
This was my first time renting from Florida Gulf Coast, and it was a very positive experience. Rick and Katie were there to greet me when I arrived. The apartment was very clean and well equipped and had beautiful gulf views. Rick helped me connect to the internet and helped me set-up my Roku, which was much appreciated. He also was very responsive to a few issues that cropped up in the early days of my stay and resolved the few concerns that I had in a timely and professional way. I was very pleased with my stay and will be renting from them again for the 2023 season. My understanding is this owner only rents 1 x per year in winter, so I was lucky to rent it.

“Great Condo and location”
Fantastic accommodation for my parents at 8-603 Beach Place from October 14 to Nov 15, 2025. Rick met us when we first arrived at the property and explained clearly to my parents how everything worked. The Condo was fitted out to a very high standard and everything was very clean. My parents were delighted and really couldn’t have asked for anything more on their vacation. We really enjoyed Beachplace Bldg #3, Unit 205! We found the unit to be very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. The unit had everything we needed. The entire complex is kept up with on a daily basis. Rick was responsive to our inquiries and provided excellent service.

“Rick's place was just lovely – very clean, spacious and uncluttered. All amenities were top-notch! The kitchen was well stocked, making us feel like we were home. There were also plenty of linens – both bath and bed as well as pool towels. Rick was very accommodating in helping us get in early, he was proactive, warm, friendly and responsive. Couldn't ask for more!”
