A really nice, well kept house with an excellent location a block and a half from the circle at St. Armond’s. We enjoyed our stay there. Rick was very accommodating and responded quickly to our requests

We could not have enjoyed our Longboat Key stay any more. Rick was always responsive and attentive. The house was well-equipped and ready upon arrival. This was such a special family time for us, and the Longboat Club Road home was perfect for our needs and stay. We would highly recommend Rick and FL Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals.

My husband and I found the perfect winter residence. This place has it all. 4 bedrooms so we could have family visit and wonderful views of the Gulf/Beach and Bay. The Ritz Beach Club membership made our stay so relaxing. Can’t say enough about this place!

Your Review: Our stay at Beachplace was just wonderful. The apartment was clean, well appointed and spacious . The location was perfect for both a relaxing day at the pool/beach or to explore further afield. We had one issue with the A/C, but it was resolved quickly and efficiently by Rick who organized the repair company and kept us informed. We would definitely stay again.

We have had the pleasure of renting the same home on Longboat Key for three years every March. There are many beautiful houses for rent, but the “boutique” like management offered by Rick and his team are unparalleled. Our relationship with FGCVR has always been much more than transactional…..it’s been personal as if we had a friend welcoming us back every year.
