We had a wonderful vacation while staying in Lido Key in St. Armands area. The house was nicely equipped, comfortable, and aesthetically nice. The location was perfect with privacy but within walking distance to St Armands restaurants and the Lido Beach. The pool was great for our three kids and the house came with a few floaties and beach chairs making trips to the beach much more enjoyable. We had a few things requiring attention including a new filter on the fridge and the tub jets not working. Both of these were addressed quickly and fixed with no issue. The rental company allowed for some flexibility with check in and check out which I was incredibly grateful for especially traveling with younger kids. Overall, this Airbnb was an amazing experience and one of our favorite trips, we would definitely stay again.

The host, Florida Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals), was extremely responsive to our needs. The unit was gorgeous with top of the line Wolf appliances in a state-of-the -art kitchen. When you walk into the condo, you feel like you’ve walkled into your Stateroom on a cruise ship at sea (only the Stateroom is at least eight times the size of a cruise ship). It is only when you approach the balcony do you realize you’re at the beach The condo is one of the largest in Beachplace at over 1500 sq ft according to the host. And speaking of the hosts, they were incredibly responsive to our every need. I can’t say enough about the service they provided. Not all property managers are created equal. Rick and Katie excel at providing the best service possible.

“Beauty and Relaxation. And Sunsets!”
We had the privilege of staying in an ocean-front unit at Beachplace last January for the entire month. This was our first month away for the winter and it couldn’t have been more relaxing and special. The entire complex is beautifully maintained and cared for. It was wonderful to have the beach and all the chairs set out each day, but also nice to have access to the pool and hot tub. Our specific unit was very super nice, super clean, and very convenient. And the view! We made a point every day to be front and center on our balcony to watch the beautiful sun drop into the ocean. Spectacular colors and shows–each a little bit different from the other. Our time was spent exploring the area but also just leisurely walking along the beach. Heaven. So much so that we booked January for 2023!

“The Personal Touch is Everything”
We have had the pleasure of renting the same home on Longboat Key for three years every March. There are many beautiful houses for rent, but the “boutique” like management offered by Rick and his team are unparalleled. Our relationship with FGCVR has always been much more than transactional…..it’s been personal as if we had a friend welcoming us back every year. It’s great to see his hard work, dedication, and vision continue to fuel his growth. Bravo.

We have used this company multiple times and each time the service has been perfect from start to finish. Rick is great to deal with. He makes sure all of your needs are met from the very beginning. The communication is great, very strong attention to detail, and Rick is very easy to reach and responsive if there are any needs. We recently stayed at Beachplace building 3, unit 205. The condo was awesome. Extremely clean, spacious, and had everything you could want. It was fully stocked with kitchen appliances, bath needs, beach towels, extra bedding, and plenty more. I highly recommend using Florida Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals. It’s nice to know you don’t have to stress when it comes to planning vacation. They do it all for you. I can’t wait until our next vacation! Thank you Rick and all for making our vacation so pleasant!
