The host, Florida Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals), was extremely responsive to our needs. The unit was gorgeous with top of the line Wolf appliances in a state-of-the -art kitchen. When you walk into the condo, you feel like you’ve walkled into your Stateroom on a cruise ship at sea (only the Stateroom is at least eight times the size of a cruise ship). It is only when you approach the balcony do you realize you’re at the beach The condo is one of the largest in Beachplace at over 1500 sq ft according to the host. And speaking of the hosts, they were incredibly responsive to our every need. I can’t say enough about the service they provided. Not all property managers are created equal. Rick and Katie excel at providing the best service possible.

House is tastefully remodeled, and decorated, you won’t be disappointed! Beds are comfy with cozy linens. Beach, and shops/restaurants are very walkable, as described in the listing. We really loved the integrated sound system and used it the entire time! We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be back in the near future!

This is a beautiful condo with an amazing view!! I was looking for a balcony with plenty of comfortable seats and space for my mother to enjoy the beach for her 90th birthday. It could not have been any better. She loved the view! My sisters and I had a wonderful weekend. This is the most beautiful condo and location I have ever found on my many trips to Florida. Rick was also very quick to answer my questions. The checkin/checkout process was so easy. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beach house. The home was exceptionally clean, spacious, and had plenty of storage, which made it easy to unpack and feel at home. The pool was a great size and perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The location couldn’t have been better. It was an easy walk to the beach, as well as shops, restaurants, and bars, so we rarely needed to drive. When we wanted to explore more, the trolley provided a quick and convenient ride to downtown Sarasota. Rick was an outstanding host and property manager. He was always quick to answer our questions, easy to communicate with, and made sure everything was well taken care of throughout our stay. Overall, this is a fantastic property in an excellent location with excellent management. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway.

“Another Month in Paradise !!!”
May 2026 will be our third consecutive vacation in Beachplace 8105, the first being May 2024. We were delighted with the unit on all occasions, and this has not changed after another month there. The unit is is a stunning position being beachfront which is easily accessed using the single flight of steps directly from the unit terrace. The complete renovations Beachplace 8105 had in 2017 have been completed to a very high standard and obviously all renters use it with care, respect to the furniture as everything is still immaculate. I must congratulate Rick from FGCVR as he must somehow control and vet the applications of renters to continue to keep the unit in such immaculate order. Our Daughter and Granddaughter joined us for the last week of our vacation in May 2025 and we missed having them with us again this year, but GCSE’s must prevail! After agreeing an arrival time, we were met by Rick who ensured that we were very happy with the condominium and level of cleaning which was superb. Once again, we give Beachplace 8105 AND the hospitality by Rick and Katie a 5 Star rating, and so much did we enjoy our vacation that a reservation for May 2027 will hopefully be booked very soon. Your Review: Florida Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals has been an outstanding service for our vacation needs. We have used this company multiple times and each time the service has been perfect from start to finish. Rick is great to deal with. He makes sure all of your needs are met from the very beginning. The communication is great, very strong attention to detail, and Rick is very easy to reach and responsive if there are any needs. We recently stayed at Beachplace building 3, unit 205. The condo was awesome. Extremely clean, spacious, and had everything you could want. It was fully stocked with kitchen appliances, bath needs, beach towels, extra bedding, and plenty more. I highly recommend using Florida Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals. It’s nice to know you don’t have to stress when it comes to planning vacation. They do it all for you. I can’t wait until our next vacation! Thank you Rick and all for making our vacation so pleasant!
