“Another Great Season on LBK!”
This is our 6th year with Florida Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals, and as usual Rick has been a great host. The location of the Longboat Key property, known as “Beachplace” is the perfect location to enjoy warm gulf waters and beautiful sunsets. With access to pool and beach, as well as an easy car ride to St. Armands Circle shops and restaurants, this property boasts plenty of golf courses to play, as well as the vibrant downtown Sarasota nightlife to enjoy! We’ve already booked our stay with Florida Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals for the 2027 season. Thanks again Rick!

The host, Florida Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals), was extremely responsive to our needs. The unit was gorgeous with top of the line Wolf appliances in a state-of-the -art kitchen. When you walk into the condo, you feel like you’ve walkled into your Stateroom on a cruise ship at sea (only the Stateroom is at least eight times the size of a cruise ship). It is only when you approach the balcony do you realize you’re at the beach The condo is one of the largest in Beachplace at over 1500 sq ft according to the host. And speaking of the hosts, they were incredibly responsive to our every need. I can’t say enough about the service they provided. Not all property managers are created equal. Rick and Katie excel at providing the best service possible.

“Perfect Paradise”
This condo is located right down the hall from all the building amenities and the only balcony with a walk down to the relaxing pool deck. This private pool is only for residents of this building, but we also were given a Ritz Beach membership, so we could join the Club pool and beach that’s next door. What a perfect place to stay. we will be back.

“Great location within Longboat Key Club Gates”
1001 Longboat Club Road is the perfect location within the gates of the Longboat Club Resort. We have rented this house 6 years in a row. The house is large, the pool is huge and the beach is a block away. You can not ask for a better manager than Rick Benninghove who took care of anything we needed with this rental..

Booked Beachplace 3503 with Rick Benninghove for May 2023. We were looked after from day one when Rick met us at Beachplace and thereafter he was available for any queries. Highest regard for his professionalism and his attention to detail. Would recommend booking a condo through his office for his approachable manner and nothing was too much trouble. Our stay at the property on Lido Beach was enjoyable! The home is ideally situated, just a five minute walk from the beach. The host was responsive and helpful, promptly addressing any questions or concerns we had throughout our stay. We were grateful for the thoughtful amenities provided, such as the beach gear available in the garage, which added to the comfort and ease of our visit. We would gladly recommend this property to others seeking a comfortable located beach retreat.
