“Seasonal Rental at Beachplace”
This was our sixth year renting a unit through Rick and our first year at Beachplace. We could have not been more pleased. The unit had an excellent location, was clean and very well maintained. There were activities at the complex almost every day including the annual golf outing at the Longboat Key Club. We immediately signed a lease for next year and cannot wait to come back.

We had a wonderful vacation while staying in Lido Key in St. Armands area. The house was nicely equipped, comfortable, and aesthetically nice. The location was perfect with privacy but within walking distance to St Armands restaurants and the Lido Beach. The pool was great for our three kids and the house came with a few floaties and beach chairs making trips to the beach much more enjoyable. We had a few things requiring attention including a new filter on the fridge and the tub jets not working. Both of these were addressed quickly and fixed with no issue. The rental company allowed for some flexibility with check in and check out which I was incredibly grateful for especially traveling with younger kids. Overall, this Airbnb was an amazing experience and one of our favorite trips, we would definitely stay again.

Our stay at the property on Lido Beach was enjoyable! The home is ideally situated, just a five minute walk from the beach. The host was responsive and helpful, promptly addressing any questions or concerns we had throughout our stay. We were grateful for the thoughtful amenities provided, such as the beach gear available in the garage, which added to the comfort and ease of our visit. We would gladly recommend this property to others seeking a comfortable located beach retreat.

We have used this company multiple times and each time the service has been perfect from start to finish. Rick is great to deal with. He makes sure all of your needs are met from the very beginning. The communication is great, very strong attention to detail, and Rick is very easy to reach and responsive if there are any needs. We recently stayed at Beachplace building 3, unit 205. The condo was awesome. Extremely clean, spacious, and had everything you could want. It was fully stocked with kitchen appliances, bath needs, beach towels, extra bedding, and plenty more. I highly recommend using Florida Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals. It’s nice to know you don’t have to stress when it comes to planning vacation. They do it all for you. “Another Great Season on LBK!”
This is our 6th year with Florida Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals, and as usual Rick has been a great host. The location of the Longboat Key property, known as “Beachplace” is the perfect location to enjoy warm gulf waters and beautiful sunsets. With access to pool and beach, as well as an easy car ride to St. Armands Circle shops and restaurants, this property boasts plenty of golf courses to play, as well as the vibrant downtown Sarasota nightlife to enjoy! We’ve already booked our stay with Florida Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals for the 2027 season. Thanks again Rick!
