“Return to Beachplace”
The unit was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the quick response when the key was not under the mat upon arrival. My adult children were in agreement that the updates to the second bathroom (specifically, the shower), while stylish, were not particularly practical. I’m told that the lack of a door created a draft in the shower, and it was a challenge to keep the bathroom floor dry. The new tinted-glass (hurricane proof) door leading from the master bedroom to the balcony was an improvement, but some type of window covering (curtain, blinds, shade) would help with the bright sunlight in the mornings. All in all, we had a wonderful stay. The view of the pond is spectacular, and access to the pool and beach are convenient. A tutorial on how to change the thermostat from cool to heat would be nice for those of us who are technologically challenged. 🙂

We had a wonderful time in LBK and the Beachplace facility was as good as usual. We love the place for its friendlyness. The service provided by our provider was simply outstanding. This is the third time we’ve stayed at Beachplace but the first time at 8-105. We had a wonderful time thank you. Magnificent view from the living area and master bedroom. The condo is spacious, clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. The view looks directly onto The Gulf with steps down to the beach and we were delighted to see dolphins/pelicans/Osprey and a host of other wildlife on a daily basis. A lovely swimming pool and hot tub. Rick is always on hand for anything you may need and does a great job. A ten minute car ride to St Armand’s Circle where there’s plenty of restaurants/bars and shops to choose from. Beachplace is a great place to chill out. We’ve already made a reservation for next year so we highly recommend it.

Fantastic stay in a beautiful unit in the beautiful Beachplace complex. Our kids enjoyed the beach and pool every day!

We had a great month at Beachpace and loved 3-304. Sitting on the balcony and enjoying watching the Gulf of Mexico. Wonderful to go to the beach and have everything already set up for you.
