Our 2nd time to stay at this house! Price point and location (with a pool) cannot be beat on St Armands Circle. Evening walks to the Circle for ice cream is our favorite activity.
Beachplace 3 – 205 (3BR) by FGC
“Awesome”
This was our 3rd year to stay in BP-3-205 and for us it is one of the best. We have always arrived late at night due to our flight schedule but Rick Benninghove has sent in advance all the information we need from arriving at the 24 hour guard gate to the guard opening the building door to allow us to go to condo. All explained by Rick. Opening the condo door to a spacious 3 bedroom extremely clean and all furniture well maintained. Comfortable beds and all nice size rooms. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking including good grills and a Blackstone. The Beachplace grounds are awesome …well trimmed and maintained. A beautiful view from the balcony with a side view of the Gulf. The pool is the best ever with lanes for swimming laps, covered kids pool and adult hot tub. All very clean and managed. The Clubhouse is another plus with a really good fitness center. All very short walk to both beach and pool with umbrellas and chairs on the beach for you. Especially nice not to carry them to the beach. Just walk or sit and watch all the dolphins playing in front of you. We have always booked thru Rick and we know if there is a question or problem, he answers promptly and takes care of it. A person who takes care of you.

Rick and Katie are excellent hosts and we would recommend them for any properties they represent. The home was very nice and suitable for families with children. Excellent location for beach, groceries, shopping and restaurants.

“The perfect place for a girls getaway.”
Lido Bliss was the perfect place for a girls getaway. We had the best time at this gorgeous home! There are beautiful views of the ocean and the city, easy access to the Beach Club across the street, every amenity you can think of, plus easy walkability to St. Armand’s Circle. Perfection! We have just completed a one month tenancy at Beachplace, building 2, unit 402 on Longboat Key with Rick Benninghove as the agent for the owner. We found him at all times to be attentive to our every need and extremely professional in the management of his business. We would definitely rate him as a 5 on a scale of 1 to 5 with 5 being the highest.

As usual, Rick Benninghove and Florida Gulf Vacation Coast Rentals did their expected and awesome job for us. This was our 2nd rental of the unit and it is a great location and very nice amenities. BeachPlace is an awesome community, and we had very few minor items which Rick and the maintenance department handled expeditiously. The pool and beach are the best in the area. We highly recommend Rick and his company for any of your rental needs in this area.
